Hi! I’m Laura.
As a Wellness Coach, I teach my clients to BE well and thrive. My number one focus is the nervous system - it is the control center for the whole body. By healing the nervous system, the body can heal itself. I have seen clients reduce or heal from autoimmune issues, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, perimenopausal symptoms, fibromyalgia, etc. It sounds miraculous, and yet it is what the body is designed to do!
My desire is to teach you how to use your breath, mindfulness, emotional intellegence, nutrition, and movement to make your health the best it has ever been. It is my belief that no matter the age, our bodies respond to how we treat them. We hold the power to improve our quality of life simply by changing our breath, mind, and behavior. It is lifelong change we are after, and that is created through simple, effective, empowering behaviors that eventually become habits, which easily turn into a new lifestyle that supports optimal health.
